Fantastic Support
Marc, I wanted to thank you for all of your help with Dad’s funeral. Your support in advance of the service and your delivery of the service was fantastic and sympathetic throughout.During the afternoon, we received so much feedback from friends and family about how perfect the service was. One particular piece of unsolicited feedback that I wanted to share with you is that it didn’t feel like you were a stranger telling us about Dad from a third party perspective, but rather that it felt like you were one of us, helping to lead the storytelling and celebration.
